Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims
  • Represent clients effectively and in line with the firm’s standards and values
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Clinical Negligence department
  • Conduct local business development and secure referrals
  • Engage in marketing initiatives, including website content and client outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with established referral partners
  • Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system
  • Adhere to firm procedures and compliance requirements, including diary management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including Money Laundering and Data Protection
