Due to the continued growth and development of our dynamic, multi-disciplinary R&D team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Data Analyst to join our newly defined clinical division.

The role:

  • Work closely with Clinical Trials Specialists, Engineers, Researchers, and Commercial teams to support clinical trials and internal R&D initiatives, converting complex datasets into meaningful insights.
  • Directly support product innovation, validation, and the development of patient-focused solutions that improve quality of life.
  • Use modern data tools and techniques to transform, shape and model structured and unstructured data to support useful data insights and analytics.
  • Collect, clean and analyse clinical and performance data from gait lab assessments and prosthetic/orthotic devices as part of product trials and internal research studies.
  • Use machine learning tools and statistical techniques to provide novel solutions to problems.
  • Provide expertise in the creation of algorithms and machine learning models to support clinician use cases and improve clinical outcomes for patients.
  • Explore and investigate potential sources of data.
  • Design and iterate potential analytics strategies and methods to better understand behaviours, patterns and effects from available data.
  • Visualise and present findings in a clear and accessible manner to non-technical teams.
  • Contribute to scientific publications, whitepapers, and conference presentations.
  • Ensure data handling is compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 14155).
  • Support internal product validation processes through robust statistical analysis.
  • Participate in risk analysis and usability assessments where relevant.
  • Write documents and reports to provide insights and information to key stakeholders.
  • Apply appropriate controls on the access and use of data to adhere to GDPR and other patient data protection requirements.
