Compass Associates is excited to be working with a well-established, national provider of case management and Expert Witness services, to recruit Experienced Case Managers in the East Anglia region. This opportunity is suitable for qualified Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists, and Physiotherapists, who have previously worked as a Case Manager within the medico-legal sector.
You will manage a caseload of children and/or adults with complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to traumatic or acquired brain injuries from road traffic accidents, clinical negligence, birth trauma, or major trauma. Experience working with clients requiring long-term care packages and rehabilitation is essential.
This is a home-based role involving travel to visit clients, families, solicitors, and care teams within your geographical area.
Location: Seeking Case Managers residing within Norfolk, Suffolk, East Anglia, Norwich, Cambridge, Luton, Northampton, Colchester, Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, and surrounding towns. The role is home-based but requires travel to client sites. Locations depend on referrals but should be within 2 hours of your home.
Salaries/Rates (dependent on experience):
- Associate Case Managers: up to £70/hour
Must have:
- Experience as a Case Manager in the medico-legal/case management sector
- Experience with clients (adults or children) with catastrophic brain injuries
- Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, or Physiotherapist
- Current registration with HCPC, SWE, or NMC
- UK driving license and own car

Interview Process: Two-stage process: Informal phone/Teams call with the Managing Director or Operations Manager, followed by a formal interview with two Operations Managers, including competency questions and a case study.
