Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the influencer division and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
  • Define success metrics; lead reporting, ROI tracking, engagement, and brand impact analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal/talent deliverables.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform shifts, creator economy developments, and emerging talent.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in client services and influencer marketing.
  • Strategic mindset with creative flair and commercial acumen.
