Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy aligned with client goals.
  • Build and lead a team of influencer marketers and talent managers.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with top-tier creators, agents, and managers.
  • Define success metrics; lead reporting, ROI tracking, engagement, and brand impact analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee legal and talent deliverables.
  • Stay updated on cultural trends, platform shifts, and emerging talents in the creator economy.
  • Drive new business development and growth within the influencer division.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 years’ experience in client services and influencer marketing.
  • A strategic mindset with creative flair and commercial acumen.
