You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. This role involves mentoring, knowledge sharing, and a clear pathway to management through succession planning.
Key Skills Required:
- Managerial skills and experience
- Preferably RMA background, including testing, fixes, repairs, and RMA processes
Responsibilities:
- Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki testing, fixing, and repairs, including testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, and managing stock
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, and support
- Utilize technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
- Manage stock allocation and dispatch
- Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
- Engage in projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
- Lead, optimize, and manage the team effectively
- Document processes and generate reports for insights and improvements
- Maintain overall high quality standards
