Job Title: Support Worker (Children’s Residential Service)

Job Summary:

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide effective monitoring, support, and supervision to the staff team, acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
• Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries, and ensure high-standard handovers.
• Provide on-call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
• Ensure all documentation and records are completed as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with children & young people, safeguarding them at all times.

Requirements:

• UK Full Driving Licence
• Basic Computer Skills
• Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years) – Desirable
