Job Title: Support Worker (Children’s Residential Service)

Job Summary:
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide effective monitoring, support, and supervision to the staff team, acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
- Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries, and ensure high-standard handovers.
- Provide on-call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
- Ensure all documentation and records are completed as required.
- Maintain positive relationships with children & young people, safeguarding them at all times.

Requirements:
- UK Full Driving Licence
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years) – Desirable
