What You Will Do
- Ensure the smooth daily care of young people, including getting them ready for school, helping with homework, and planning activities.
- Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, movie days, or outings such as go-karting.
- Tailor support to each young person’s needs, personality, and potential, guiding them towards a positive future.
What We Offer
- Salary: £28,134 – £34,302 base salary
- Sleep-ins: Up to 4 per month paid at £80 each, plus additional bonuses including a £1,400 Attendance Allowance, a £1,000 Welcome Bonus after probation, and a £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months.

- Holiday: 7 weeks’ holiday annually
