The CMO is responsible for overseeing and aligning the strategic direction, performance, and collaboration of the key marketing functions outlined below. The CMO will ensure the efforts of these functions deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, elevate our brand awareness in key market sectors in Europe, and ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with business objectives. To be successful this role will need to closely collaborate with Sales, Customers Success, Product Marketing, Global Brand and executive teams to achieve our objectives. What You’ll Do Demand Generation Develops targeted lead generation programs aimed at attracting, nurturing, and converting ideal prospects into a high-quality sales pipeline. Growth Expand revenue from existing customers, particularly within high-value strategic accounts. Manages growth-focused events tailored to customer expansion. Insights Provide critical customer, market, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and secure a competitive advantage. Voice Content creation, industry and proposition messaging, PR, ensuring alignment with our global brand strategy. Digital Maximize awareness from our digital footprint to showcase our capabilities and value to customers. What You’ll Bring You are a strategic thinker with proven marketing leadership and interpersonal skills High level of commercial awareness with experience of working together with other revenue functions, like sales and customers success, to drive growth.
