Note: This role is contracted to 45 weeks per year.

We are recruiting a dedicated Chef Manager to oversee operations at our state school, on a term-time basis, 40 hours per week.

The Chef Manager will maintain high standards of quality work, with opportunities for career progression within a company that values individuality and rewards excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the contract efficiently to ensure quality food and beverage services
• Planning resources for smooth operation and service delivery
• Recruiting, developing, and training team members
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Achieving financial targets and managing costs

• Experience in contract catering
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Track record in sales growth and client retention
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities

• IT literacy (MS Office, Email)
