Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, and change sectors across Europe, North America, and Asia. We are seeking an experienced and successful 360 Recruiter to join our London teams. We have established relationships with top firms including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, and Award-winning Startups.
Ideal Attributes:
- Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience capable of attracting top passive clients and talent
- Experience in Change and Transformation or similar vertical industry preferred but not mandatory
- Track record in business development and account management
- Strong networking skills to generate business opportunities
- Demonstrated integrity in service delivery
