We are seeking an experienced and successful 360 Recruiter to join our London teams. We have established relationships with top firms including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, Software Development Firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified Trading Firms, and Award-winning Startups.
Ideal Attributes:
- Proven end-to-end (360) recruitment experience capable of attracting top passive clients and talent
- Experience in Change and Transformation or similar vertical industry preferred but not mandatory
- Track record in business development and account management
- Strong networking skills to generate business opportunities
- Demonstrated integrity in service delivery
