Social network you want to login/join with: We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Change Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead the people side of change across key strategic initiatives. Working within a structured change framework, you’ll champion the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours, ensuring successful outcomes for individuals, teams, and the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead change activities across strategic projects using a structured change management framework Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews at individual, team, and org levels Develop and deliver implementation plans including comms, training, coaching and stakeholder support Use data and insight to monitor change adoption, assess benefits realisation, and refine approaches Champion best practices in change management, supporting colleagues through coaching and collaboration Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building trust and fostering open communication Share insights and continually develop expertise in the discipline of organisational change Skills & Experience Proven experience in managing people change in complex organisational settings Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – verbal, written, and facilitation Skilled at surfacing different perspectives and balancing individual and organisational needs Confident working across teams and projects, spotting interdependencies and solving challenges collaboratively Naturally curious with a positive mindset and a hunger for learning Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Experience in Higher Education is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
