About You At least 5+ years of change management consulting experience within HR or workplace transformations Expertise in strategic change capability and hands-on delivery across culture, operating models, and digital change Proficiency with a full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change program Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to build trusted client relationships quickly at all levels Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear solutions Passion for developing long-term client relationships Team player, self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset Effective leader and coach, whether in line or project management roles Strategic thinker capable of managing ambiguity and influencing stakeholders We welcome applications.
