An IT Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced Change Consultant to work for a multinational telecommunications company. They are looking for a Change Consultant to support the delivery of several high-priority, high-impact digital transformation initiatives led by the Digital Workplace Team. This transformation will impact around 120k users.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the change management approach across 2–5 of our top transformation programmes.
- Develop and deliver clear, structured change plans, schedules, milestones, and interventions tailored to each programme.
- Provide strategic consultancy on existing change activities – identifying improvement areas and capability needs.
- Advise on optimal stakeholder engagement strategies, including leveraging senior leaders to drive adoption and impact.
- Design and produce executive-ready change artefacts that succinctly communicate plans and progress for MD and Director-level audiences.
