JNC is working with a leading international organization seeking an IT-focused Change & Transition Analyst.
Location: Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in the office.
Role Overview: The role will focus on the end-to-end coordination of change and delivery activities, ensuring alignment with the organization's core processes and procedures. You will facilitate and support the delivery of change to the client's core IT Infrastructure and Services teams.
Experience Required:
- Experience reviewing change requests and updating the Change Management System.
- Experience working with IT teams to gather requirements for change, involving Application and DevOps teams.
- Experience supporting release management processes.
- Experience coordinating change throughout its lifecycle, updating both business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating and updating communications related to the Forward Schedule of Change (FSoC).
