ROLE SCOPE

Working directly with clients on behalf of Amodal to provide consultancy, understanding, developing, and delivering our clients\’ needs while enhancing our reputation.

Amodal seeks an individual experienced in implementing Common Data Environments (CDEs) in the construction industry. Ideally, this individual has several years of experience across different technologies.

This individual should also possess a good understanding and knowledge of ISO 19650, with practical experience in developing and implementing CDE solutions on large, complex construction projects and within organizations to help achieve certification, standardization, and consistency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities may vary based on business and client needs but typically include:

  • Undertaking short-term and long-term projects to address various issues and needs.
  • Meeting with management and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Writing documentation, developing processes, and tools for clients.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify problems or issues.
  • Presenting findings to executives.
  • Formulating plans to implement recommendations and overcome obstacles.
  • Providing advice and suggestions for improvement.
  • Arranging and providing training to clients.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and making adjustments.
  • Maintaining industry knowledge.
  • Responding to customer queries promptly.
  • Identifying customer needs.
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
  • Updating internal databases with technical issues and discussions.
  • Monitoring customer complaints and assisting as needed.
  • Sharing feature requests and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Informing clients of new features or functionalities.
  • Following up to ensure resolution of technical issues.
  • Gathering and sharing customer feedback.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive knowledge of the Built Environment industry and a willingness to stay updated.
  • Proven experience in developing CDE solutions supporting ISO 19650, with practical implementation within organizations and projects.
  • Knowledge of current information management standards and best practices in construction.
  • Experience with data analysis and research techniques.
  • Ability to develop detailed plans and proposals.
  • Familiarity with business software and IT systems.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, creative, and communicative.
  • Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Calmness under pressure when handling customer issues.
  • Effective team player.
  • Supportive attitude internally and externally.
