The catastrophic injury team of this leading law firm is keen to speak to qualified lawyers with proven complex injury experience.

The Partners are considering Legal Executives and Solicitors to work on high-value, complex personal injury claims—often exceeding £1 million. The spread of work includes RTA and EL/PL matters.

• Strong background in catastrophic injury, RTA, EL, or PL claims.
• Ability to analyse complex legal and medical evidence to develop case strategies.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with the Partner, depending on PQE level.

This particular team have a number of positions based from their Manchester office. All the opportunities offer hybrid working and the opportunity to work on highly complex injury work including head and spinal injuries. Key responsibilities

• Manage complex catastrophic injury cases from inception through to litigation and settlement.
• Work closely with a highly regarded Partner , assisting in high-value personal injury claims.
• Assess and analyse case evidence , including medical records, liability, and quantum assessments.
• Draft legal advice on reserves, indemnity, liability, causation, and settlement strategy.
• Attend mediations, JSMs, and conferences to achieve the best possible case outcomes.
• Manage your own caseload depending on your level of PQE – cases valued at £500,000+ .
