This is a newly created role with significant scope for personalisation, allowing you to develop processes and systems continually.

You will work under the guidance of an exceptionally talented Head of Compliance who holds the SMF16z function.

The company offers a flexible working policy, enabling you to work remotely entirely.

Your responsibilities include overseeing daily reconciliations, managing escalations to the SMF16z, and developing and maintaining CASS records and procedures related to reconciliations, CMAR, and RP.

You will handle monthly CMAR submissions, maintain the CASS RP, and participate in the firm’s CASS Oversight Committee.

Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to CASS compliance is vital. You will also drive continuous improvements to enhance the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of regulatory procedures.

We seek an experienced CASS Management specialist with deep knowledge of reconciliation processes, regulatory requirements, and market practices in the UK and EU. A strong understanding of financial instruments, trading systems, and market dynamics is essential.
