Are you a talented Junior to Mid-level associate with a passion for capital markets and derivatives?

Our client, a highly regarded Capital Markets & Derivatives Partner, is looking to interview Junior to Intermediate level Solicitors with a good track record or exposure to \’Buy-Side\’ transactions, derivatives, and structured products from both transactional and advisory perspectives.

The partner is recognized as a \’Leading Individual\’ by Chambers and Legal 500, and \’Highly Regarded\’ by IFLR. He advises on ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation, as well as related regulations like EMIR and SFTR. He also provides advice on bespoke transactions, including sustainability-linked derivatives, to hedge market risks such as interest rate, inflation, FX, carbon, and longevity, along with investment management, custody, clearing, collateral management, pension scheme funding, and risk transfer arrangements.

This role offers opportunities across Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Structured Products, with fast-tracked progression and competitive remuneration.
