We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join the European marketing team of a global tech-driven retail business. This is a 12-month contract role offering full remote working, though you’re welcome to work from the London office if preferred. The business is rapidly expanding its grocery offering, aiming to become the first-choice destination for everyday food shopping across Europe. This role plays a key part in helping to achieve that vision by delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, onsite, etc.)
- Coordinate with local marketing teams to finalise campaign copy, creative, and targeting
- Use automation tools and templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Monitor live campaign performance and adjust where needed to meet targets
- Work with analytics to review performance data and feed learnings into future planning
- Conduct quality checks pre-launch to ensure brand alignment and customer experience
- Support central marketing and BMX teams with market-specific insights and advice
- Help shape local messaging strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion
About You
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable campaign or marketing professional, ideally with experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or grocery. You’ll be confident managing complex campaign workflows and happy working across different markets, languages, and teams. You’ll be naturally collaborative, comfortable with data, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. Experience working with digital marketing platforms and a good working knowledge of tools like Excel or Tableau will be important.
Key Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field
- Proven experience in lifecycle, CRM or digital marketing roles
- Comfortable working with campaign tools and performance metrics
- Intermediate skills in Excel or Tableau (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Fluent in English, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Additional European language (French, Italian, Spanish or German)
- Knowledge of HTML/XML and marketing automation platforms
