TRIA is partnered with a luxury retailer known for timeless style and excellent craftsmanship. Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a proactive and communicative Business Systems Manager who is ready to evolve with the company.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Systems Manager:

• Own and maintain core business systems, including NetSuite (ERP), Shopify (e-commerce), and Sittoo (POS).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for system issue escalation.

Essential Skills of the Business Systems Manager:

• Experience in Retail, B2C, or Consumer Goods industries.
• Strong background in supporting business systems and applications.
• Experience with NetSuite as an ERP system.

This is a newly created role with full ownership of systems and responsibility for addressing issues. You will ensure seamless integration and act as a bridge between the business and third-party support teams. This is a great opportunity to grow with a developing business.
