What will you be doing:

  • Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
  • Setting up of new installation projects.
  • Processing and setting up of small works projects.
  • Raising of invoices.
  • Approval of invoices.
  • Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
  • Maintenance of Docuware storage system.
  • Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support.
  • Booking travel and hotels.
