A high performing, large AUM Hedge Fund is looking to hire a London-based ‘Business Strategy Officer’. The role supports a variety of ‘C-suite’ level professionals, taking responsibilities away from them and supporting a broad remit.

Tasks include:

  • Internal & external public relations
  • Managing international buildouts (potentially in New York and the Middle East)
  • Facing off to the FCA on advisory matters
  • Managing relationships with central banks & regulators
  • Working with HR on initiatives like hiring strategy & D&I
  • Designing, implementing, and building out internal controls, reporting, and operational infrastructure

The work is predominantly project-based, requiring research, analysis, and presentation skills both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a first-class degree from a leading university, with 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with backgrounds as management consultants, or project managers in investment banks, especially those working in strategy teams at top-tier IBs or hedge funds, are highly desirable.
