Location: UK Management College – Sunderland Campus

Overview:

As a Lecturer at UKMC, you will deliver high-quality educational content, shape students\’ academic experiences, foster a dynamic learning environment, and contribute to the university\’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops following the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with program objectives.
• Facilitate student participation, encourage critical thinking, and provide constructive feedback.
• Design assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely feedback.
• Support students academically, addressing their questions and challenges.
• Engage in professional development and stay updated in your field.
• Perform administrative duties related to teaching, such as maintaining records and submitting grades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a master\’s degree; a doctoral degree is preferred.
• Prior university-level teaching experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
