The Role: Manage the existing team of two and report to the Head of BI, supporting the team in deriving key insights from Employee, HR, and DE&I data. Be an expert on Workday, overseeing teams that have used this or similar systems for analysis. Lead the design and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility in daily analytical activities.
