I\’m currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award winning organisation. This role sits within the People Team , so your focus will be HR/People data. You\’ll be working closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business. You\’d be reporting into the Head of BI, with 2 direct reports underneath you. At this level, not only would you be looking after the analysis, you\’d be guiding the strategy! Who they\’re looking for? ️ Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end) ? Have the ability to pull data/ create reports from HR systems Be experienced with data visualisation ?
