What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK to grow our customer base
  • Leading with our Net Zero Consultancy and energy management solutions to offer a truly holistic approach
  • Pitching our unique energy solutions—including our funded MY ZEERO platform and reverse auction technology—to key stakeholders
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospects through relationship-building and proactive outreach
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create winning strategies and tailored proposals
  • Attending industry events and networking to generate leads and raise our profile
  • Keeping accurate records of all activity in Salesforce CRM and forecasting your sales achievements
  • Reporting to the Sales Director and working towards ambitious quarterly and annual targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling Net Zero and/or Energy Management solutions
  • Knowledge of the UK energy supply and procurement market
  • A track record of securing new business and delivering profitable, value-driven proposals
  • Experience pitching to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-based selling
  • Driven by results, targets, and the opportunity to grow your role as we grow the business
