Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop and convert new business opportunities in fire doors, firestopping, barriers, and compartmentation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with developers, end users, housing associations, facilities managers, and property managers.
  • Sell full-scope passive fire installation and maintenance services to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities across frameworks and bespoke projects nationwide.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical or solution-based sales within the passive fire protection industry.
  • Solid understanding of relevant fire safety legislation and products (e.g., fire doors, barriers, intumescent systems).
  • Track record of success in managing complex sales cycles in both public and private sectors.
  • Pre-existing network within sectors like education, healthcare, and social housing is highly desirable.
