The Sales & Investor Relations Manager is an experienced client relationship management professional who will build a solid network of relationships with key fund managers & institutional investors in the Middle East Region. The role requires:
- Persuasive communication skills both written and oral, and ability to cross-sell
- Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Very good phone manners and sales skills
- Presentation and public speaking skills are a plus
- Draft and collect feedback (well-written notes) from investor calls and meetings to help Program Directors prepare agendas
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to discern priorities
- Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market
- Self-starter and resilient attitude

- A good understanding of the investment management industry, in-depth knowledge of investor client base, and curiosity to learn more
- Comfortable with traveling abroad

- Audience development planning understanding
- Ability to run event project timelines on schedule and liaise with the wider IR team to keep tasks on track

- Maintain regular communication with investors through face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset, and other CRM tools related to event planning
- Work with the Marketing team to advise on lead generation projects and communicate needs and audience targets
- Coordinate with Program Directors, Client Coordinators, and Logistics Managers leading up to events; communicate effectively with all staff involved in project management
- Source content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network
- Willingness to travel to the Middle East region
