The role requires: Persuasive communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to cross-sell Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail Good phone manners and sales skills; presentation and public speaking skills are a plus Drafting and collecting feedback (well-written notes) from investor calls and meetings to help Program Directors prepare agendas Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to discern priorities Understanding of the territory and ability to grow within the market Self-starter and resilient attitude Team player Good understanding of the investment management industry and investor client base, with curiosity to learn more Comfortable with traveling abroad Interest in staying informed about global news and regional affairs, understanding social, political, and economic trends and their impact on the investment industry Audience development planning skills Ability to manage event project timelines and coordinate with the IR team Ability to grow new business targets and strengthen existing relationships Regular communication with investors via face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Pardot, Boomset, and other CRM tools related to event planning Ability to collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and audience targeting Coordination with Program Directors, Client Coordinators, and Logistics Managers for events; effective communication with all involved staff Source content from investors for the Allocator Intel Network Willingness to travel to the Middle East region #J-18808-Ljbffr
