Exciting opportunities with a leading SaaS provider that are expanding their Consultancy function due to continued periods of growth and change. My client is looking for a number of client-centric Consultants (various levels) to assist in the delivery of their Student Management product offering to customers within the UK Education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform E2E consulting services to customers including: Application Administration, Change and Configuration, Enhancements (including design and development)
- Analyse customer requirements and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
- Maintain capabilities through trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation
- Work with various teams to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations
- Proactively communicate any issues that may impact delivery on customer expectations
Experience implementing Student Management Systems
Enterprise System delivery experience
A background with ERP systems, or similar complex software products
