We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive Salesforce experience for a Wealth Management firm. As the company continues to grow and onboard new clients, they aim to implement an external Digital Onboarding journey. The Business Analyst will work within the Change Team throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, functional specification, testing, and UAT support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality change, focusing on Business Readiness and Go Live. Responsibilities include translating user requirements into documentation such as specifications, user stories, workflows, and securing stakeholder sign-offs. A solid understanding of the Salesforce tech stack is essential to demonstrate effective Business Analyst outcomes.

Details for the Business Analyst role:

• Salary up to £120,000
• 3 days per week in the office
• Located in Liverpool Street
• Required: Salesforce knowledge/implementation, Jira, Confluence, proficiency in Visio, Draw.io, Miro, with Scrum or Kanban experience

Knowledge Requirements: Strong experience in Wealth / Asset / Investment Management, understanding processes, workflows, and deal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include data analysis, source identification, gap analysis, migration and integration requirements, and evaluating complex workflows through visualization and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance.

Essential experience:

• Implementing Salesforce in a wealth/asset/investment management environment
• Using visualization tools like Visio, Draw.io, Miro for documenting processes
• Working within Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
• Facilitating stakeholders to define clear requirements
