Location: Greater Glasgow (Onsite 5 days per week, with flexibility to 3 days per week after initial period)

Hydrogen Group are supporting our Financial Services client, looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing data, and supporting the implementation of solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the delivery of projects by ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, and propose solutions.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to ongoing process reviews and improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Change Analyst/Manager role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies is beneficial.
