The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is an initial 12 Month fixed term contract based in Basildon paying up to £60,000 per annum. (Please only apply if you can come to the office 2-3 times per week).
Responsibilities:
- Gather system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation and technical specifications, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined, business needs are documented, and limitations or risks are understood.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standardized requirements documents and user manuals.
- Facilitate decision-making processes for process owners.
- Coordinate with process owners from various business/corporate units to set up or reengineer necessary business processes.
- Perform application IAT & UAT, system setup, and user training.
- Facilitate all activities in the UK and resolve issues.
- Work closely with Group IT abroad, escalate cases as per protocol, and support Group IT initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact with vendor’s functional consultants.
- Support functional modules technically during implementation and go-live.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer for post go-live support and configuration.
Requirements:
- Strong background in business analysis and/or business process analysis, including experience in business process modeling and understanding of business processes.
- 5+ years of relevant experience; experience in the Construction & Engineering industry is an advantage.
- Experience in project management and large-scale ERP implementations is preferred.
- Experience with integrating Business Central is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, quick learner, team player.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with leadership in meetings.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good analytical skills, self-motivated, and problem-solving abilities.
