This is an opportunity to join our rapidly evolving drinks business with exciting expansion plans and ambitions to drive growth through our brand portfolio. We are seeking a commercially-minded Brand Manager with proven brand building experience in leading end-to-end brand growth activities. The right person for the role will be expected to lead brand strategy in line with the portfolio objectives and to drive market penetration by unlocking new opportunities for their brands. Key Responsibilities
- A proven brand builder, with experience leading a brand through growth activity from start to finish.
- Management of multiple drinks brands within the Aston Manor portfolio.
- Develop knowledge and insight into trends, competitors, and consumers to shape EPD/NPD and respond to changing markets.
- Lead the relationship with external agencies.
- Manage the marketing budget for the brand.
- Ensure marketing initiatives deliver long-term, margin-enhancing growth for the brand.
Experience
- Significant FMCG brand marketing experience.
- Ideally, experience with the full communication mix, notably retail shopper marketing and traditional media.
- Experience within the soft drinks and/or alcohol market is desirable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant subjects.
- 3+ years' brand management or marketing experience.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days a week at our Head Office in Birmingham—core day is Tuesday. You will be required to represent your brands and attend trade shows and other customer & consumer events throughout the year, alongside the rest of the Commercial team.
