This is a full-time role as a YouTube Channel Management at Be A Bear. As a YouTube Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve all aspects of channel management.

- You’ve done this already, but you’re looking for a real challenge now.
- You’ve grown digital channels in a previous role, and you’re confident in your ability to define a strategy and stick to it.
- You’re as comfortable managing a team of juniors as you are managing client expectations, even when things aren’t going to plan.
- You’ve got experience working with entertainment brands, and you’re keen to maximise on this.
- You’re passionate about BET, black entertainment, and pop culture.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Working within a growing team of digital strategists, and managing Digital Channel Assistants.
- Creating channel strategy directly with clients, and understanding the nuances that apply to their business.
- Responsible for everything that happens on the YouTube channel, from content schedules through to claims.
- Focussed on ways to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, but learnings on other channels help.
- Responsible for reporting back to the client and the wider team.
- Work with the wider team to identify channel trends.
- Communicating insights back to the client in a clear and concise way.
- Follow competitor behaviour and general YouTube trends.
- Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content.
- A passion for media and entertainment brands.
- An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management.
- Fluent in YouTube analytics.
- Experience using other supporting tools such as VidIQ or Tubular Labs.
- Passionate about great content, advertising, and brands and publishers.
