Job Description: B2B Marketing Manager, 12m FTC, Hybrid, £40-50k Maternity cover for 12 months
The Company: My client is a UK-based digital service that connects with and provides unpaid carers with resources, coaching, and community support, assisting both individuals and organisations.
The Job: As the B2B Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage the B2B marketing calendar
- Support and deliver multi-channel content campaigns (e.g. white papers, articles, email, podcasts)
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create assets that support the sales journey
- Lead on account-based marketing and event coordination (webinars, conferences, trade shows)
- Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to track pipeline activity and campaign performance
- Work with leadership to amplify brand presence and drive growth
- Coordinate PR initiatives and award submissions
- Own B2B website content and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all B2B communications
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Engage with key stakeholder groups (e.g. public sector contacts) through targeted outreach
- Manage B2B marketing budget and track spend
You: Proven track record in planning and delivering effective B2B marketing campaigns. Strong collaborator and project manager with excellent attention to detail. Creative thinker with a flair for using tech in innovative ways. Confident using a range of modern productivity tools (e.g. Slack, Trello, Airtable, G Suite, Canva). Experience managing lead pipelines via CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar). Comfortable analysing data and reporting on campaign performance. Background in developing original B2B strategies and content. Familiar with Google Analytics and email marketing platforms (HubSpot experience a bonus).
