We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Salford Quays. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing and converting a significant pipeline of historic and qualified leads. This is not a telesales role — it requires strategic thinking, persistence, and confidence in navigating complex sales cycles to secure business wins.

Senior Sales Executive – B2B Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a large pipeline of existing corporate leads and move them through to close
  • Follow up professionally on historical and inbound opportunities with structured persistence
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in client organisations
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals that meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and wider team to support bid processes where required
  • Accurately maintain CRM records and report on sales activity and performance

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B corporate sales experience in a service sector
  • Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and consistently closing deals
  • Tenacious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to exceed targets
  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders professionally
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined reporting
