B2B Campaign and Brand Manager – Investment Management sector

Location: London (hybrid working – 4 days in the office)

Duration: 6 months contract initially

We’re looking for a candidate with proven experience leading B2B campaigns, building and growing matrixed brands, and executing and optimizing integrated campaigns across content, web, events, and more.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

  1. Building campaign strategy, executing our brand strategy, and championing our brand positioning and standards across all investment management campaign work.
  2. Partnering with marketers and business colleagues to develop value propositions, build product positioning, launch new capabilities, and construct cohesive go-to-market plans, aligned with the Masterbrand strategy and business objectives.
  3. Collaborating with external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver inspiring creative briefs that elevate business lines, products, and platforms.
  4. Coordinating market research to inform strategy, stay updated on industry trends, benchmarks, market demands, and competitor strategies.
  5. Overseeing strategic planning, messaging, and coordination of industry events in partnership with the events team, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

To succeed, you should be:

  1. A persuasive storyteller, creative thinker, capable of developing campaigns centered on lines of business, products, or platforms.
  2. Experienced in working across cross-functional teams in matrixed brands.
  3. Skilled in planning and leading global campaigns across multiple channels, formats, and investment strategies, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  4. Strong in data and landscape analysis to review marketplace trends, derive implications, and inform strategies.
