Job Description:

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

• AI – no experience required, but a desire to develop in this area

Your Responsibilities

• Research and development of new Azure products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams are \’customer zero\’—testing and authenticating new products on internal services before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to shape the technical roadmap
• Monitor \’end of life\’ products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product, Presales, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams
• Create blueprints for customer delivery that are scalable and repeatable
• Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement them
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
