Our Client – a Leading Investment Bank – is hiring an AVP/VP FX Product Manager as part of a strategic transformation programme within the Global FX business.

This is a high-impact, front-office aligned role focused on delivering the next generation of FX products and client workflows. The team is mid-build of a greenfield replatforming effort – with senior backing, engineering resources, and a mandate to modernise legacy architecture.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to operate in a visible, delivery-focused environment, and who brings strong product or project skills across front-office or fintech settings. You do not need a deep FX background – adaptability, ownership, and curiosity will go further here than domain alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute client migration plans across the FX platform, managing technical rollouts, stakeholder expectations, and product feedback loops.
• Partner cross-functionally with trading, sales, compliance, tech, and design teams to scope and deliver product improvements across the full lifecycle.
• Modernise trader workflows, replacing legacy tools and infrastructure with scalable solutions that align to business and client needs.
• Gather client feedback directly and translate into product feature sets, specs, and delivery plans – with support from senior product leads.
• Contribute to strategic product planning, helping shape the roadmap for FX replatforming and wider digital transformation.
• Take an active role in project retrospectives, internal demos, and stakeholder presentations.

Ideal Candidate

• Background in trading, product, delivery, or front-office tech
• Experience in financial services or fintech preferred
• Comfortable working across business and tech stakeholders
• Able to navigate legacy infrastructure and drive change
• Strong communicator with a hands-on approach
• Curious, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
• FX knowledge a plus, but not essential

• Background in trading, middle office, fintech, or front-office tech – experience with cross-functional delivery is more important than deep FX domain knowledge.
• Strong experience in project or product roles – either at a bank, vendor, or fintech, with exposure to stakeholder management and software delivery cycles.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments, with a bias for action and an ability to \”cut through\” internal complexity.
• Able to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• A mindset focused on challenge, iteration, and improvement – you won\’t be inheriting a perfect system, but you will have the tools and influence to shape one.
