Role Description

This full-time hybrid AV Technical Support Help Desk role is based in Bradford, UK, with some work from home flexibility. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting AV systems, video conferencing, lighting, and projectors daily.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of video conferencing technologies
• Familiarity with projectors
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• AV or related certification is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
