Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

(i) Process Coordination

  • Coordinating internal processes and team members
  • Dealing with investors and business owners
  • Valuation modelling and forecasting

(ii) Execution of M&A Diligence Processes

  • Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence requests
  • Liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners during execution

(iii) Preparing marketing materials (PowerPoint)

  • Assisting in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting represented companies

Applicants should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience working with small and medium-sized business accounts
  • ACA qualification is a plus but not required
  • Investment Banking / M&A experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Sincerity
  • Willingness to work hard
  • A sense of humor
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
