Job Description:

We are currently working with a highly regarded Legal 100 firm that is looking to grow its Construction team with an Associate or Senior Associate (4–8 PQE) .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team known for its collaborative culture, top-quality work, and strong presence across the UK.

The Construction team work on both contentious and non-contentious matters , and the firm actively encourages its lawyers to develop a broad skill set. The role could be based in either; Cardiff, Southampton, Oxford , Reading or London .

The role involves high-value transactional work , particularly in infrastructure, rail, and green energy . The ideal candidate will be confident working with JCT and NEC contracts in a construction and property development context, and eager to expand their experience on major, cross-team projects.

What They’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years PQE
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts
• A collaborative, confident and personable approach
• Solid technical ability and strong commercial acumen
• A keen interest in working across infrastructure and energy projects
• Excellent communication skills and leadership potential
• In-house experience with major contractors, consultants or public bodies is also highly regarded

–hybrid working -2–3 days per week in the office
