Job Description:
Your new role
As an Associate in the Transaction Management Team at FIS Supply Chain Finance (formerly Demica), you will support the ongoing operational activities of FIS Supply Chain Finance. These include reporting, monitoring transaction performance, payment processing, and managing external relationships related to trade receivable programmes managed on the FIS SCF (Demica) platform.
You will also participate in designing and implementing new transaction management and treasury procedures to support evolving business and client needs.
What you\’ll do
- Verify reports, check investment criteria and concentration tests, and distribute reports to relevant parties.
- Provide transaction support, including investigating and managing corporate/investor reporting queries.
- Collaborate with the Client Support team to collate and provide data for audit activities.
- Manage and adhere to reporting calendars.
- Update relevant market/sector data and ratings where applicable.
- Obtain benchmark LIBOR rates where applicable.
- Document all processes and practices in procedure manuals.
- Store manuals in a central repository and update as necessary.
- Maintain a MO task calendar to ensure timely execution of transaction and treasury responsibilities.
- Perform Power of Attorney duties where applicable.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of securitisation or capital markets transaction experience.
- Ability to read and interpret transaction legal documents.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
- Interest in working with new technological tools.
Additionally, you will be a great fit if you have:
- Direct experience with the functioning of an issuance vehicle (SPV), ideally in a public/quasi-public market.
- Experience working with large non-bank institutions as counterparties.
