Job Title: Associate Pensions Consultant

Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and employee benefit consultants, is currently looking for an Associate Pensions Consultant to support in managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, focusing on DB pensions consulting.

This position is ideal for someone who is either an existing Associate Consultant or a Senior Pensions Administrator seeking to advance in the consultancy field, with the goal of managing their own client portfolio and supervising junior consultants.

Responsibilities include supporting senior consultants in designing and implementing innovative funding, investment, and contribution strategies for pension schemes. You will assist in preparing materials for governance and trustee meetings and support new business tenders.

Candidates should have prior pensions experience in consultancy or administration and possess good commercial awareness. Experience with both DB (defined benefit) and DC (defined contribution) schemes is preferred, though expertise in one is acceptable. The ideal candidate is personable, aspirational, and eager to progress in a busy consultancy environment.
