Support with the origination and deal execution, including due diligence processes, financial analysis and modelling. Produce investment memorandums and present recommendations to the Investment Committee. Support secondaries and co-investment teams internally. Be currently sitting at the Senior Analyst or Associate level within a private equity primaries (fund of funds) team of a highly regarded fund, bank or placement agent. Proven experience in private equity primaries transactions. Excellent analytical and financial skills, including financial modelling.
