The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for the Executive Assistant and assisting in managing the Creative Director’s schedule, communications, and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for the Creative Director.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including organising files, drafting emails, and preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Support the coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Help manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain office organisation and ensure necessary supplies are available.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support creative projects and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Executive Assistant and Creative Director.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a creative or fast-paced industry.
