The predicted salary is between 27000 - 42000 £ per year.

This role involves helping to run a multi-million-pound store, motivating and developing a diverse and talented team. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as sorting deliveries, placing orders, dealing with customer queries, managing team performance, organizing holiday rotas, and focusing on achieving sales targets, customer service excellence, cost minimization, and operational efficiency. You should be prepared to step into the Store Manager's shoes when necessary.
