Eric Bompard is seeking a full-time (40h) Assistant Store Manager for its King\’s Road store in London, with the position to be filled from August 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling, introducing them to the world of our House, our timeless products, and exceptional creations.
2. Build loyalty among local and international clientele through excellent service.
3. Maintain quality standards, ensure impeccable visual merchandising, and a meticulous presentation of the boutique.
4. Participate actively in inventory management, optimizing merchandise flow.
5. Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.

Profile:

• Proven experience as a Manager in the fashion industry.
• Dynamic, excellent communicator with leadership qualities, capable of listening and uniting teams.
• A proactive force in the positive development of the store, willing to take initiative.
• Genuine passion for retail and fashion culture.
